You will be responsible for the design of Neptune’s retail furniture showrooms from concept to completion, where creative thinking and strong technical detailing skills are essential. Other responsibilities include, drawing up full designs on AutoCAD, creating relevant plan and elevation views, managing and prioritising several separate concurrent drawing projects and working with the “Autokitchen” CAD software.
You should be trained / experienced in Interior Design (or other design fields) with an interest in learning more about design in general. Architectural training / experience is highly desirable due to the more structural elements of the role, but it is not essential. You will need to create and amend AutoCAD files or similar software and should have excellent PC skills including AutoCAD, Excel and Word. Retail design experience is desirable but not essential and you will need to be highly organised with drive and initiative.
