This premiums agency designs giftware, promotional products and packaging for some of the world’s leading luxury brands and are currently looking for a designer for their giftware and hard goods section.

They are currently looking for someone who is a quick and innovative individual, with a degree in Product/Design/Fashion and excellent visualization and Illustrator skills, as well as experience of Microsoft Office. The ability to use a digital SLR camera and knowledge about studio lighting would be a bonus.

The Role:

  • Interpreting briefs and developing concepts to meet commercial needs
  • Production of high quality visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Creation of technical drawings/tech packs for manufacturing
  • Trend researching and compilation of reports
  • Presenting finalised concepts to clients and or internal sales teams
  • Creation of print ready artwork files, adhering to client/brand guidelines


Other attributes sought:

  • 3+ years In-house experience or within a studio environment
  • Experience in creating trend setting gifts, accessories, homeware and stationery
  • Communicative, cheerful and open-minded
  • Strong typographic eye and the awareness of the importance in adhering to a client’s brand equity
  • Good overall organization skills

They are currently looking for both a Senior and Junior Designer to work in the Design Team on high-end residential projects, so an understanding of high specification detailing and an eye for accuracy are important. The Senior Designer will also be managing the workload and members of the design team on a daily basis.

Summary of skills and experience needed:

  • CAD proficient, with experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Some work experience for the junior and at least 3 years’ experience for the senior - knowledge of AV, control or lighting systems would be a distinct advantage
  • Competent in preparing technical drawings from sketches so an architectural background would be beneficial

All manufacturing takes place at the Company's premises and with ambitious plans for the next generation of new products they need an enthusiastic and organised Product Designer to manage product development.

This exciting role will cover the whole development process from formulating plans through to delivering to deadline all new products and the re-development of current products. The role also includes market research, creating concepts, prototyping and testing all through to manufacture. Objectives and requirements:

  • To lead the team and oversee product design, formalising the design function and processes so you will need to show man management skills and a practical and organised thought process

This person will need to understand what is required to work at the top end of the luxury sector, is forward thinking and able to spot any potential problems or delays before they occur. They are looking for candidates who have the following skills:

  • Strong administration skills and experience with a CRM database

This family-run business produce and deliver a diverse range of sets and props for events, product launches, exhibitions, sampling campaigns and experiential marketing projects with high levels of customer service and quality finishes. Their in-house services include event design and production, project management, spray finishing, sewing and costume, operations, logistics and storage. They also love dogs and have a special dog crèche on site.

As the Workshop Manager you will be responsible for the full end-to-end production build for all projects - taking the lead on production builds from brief through to delivery.

Objectives and Requirements:

  • Maintain and organise the workshop space, woodstore, outside yard and storage containers
  • Man management experience will be needed in order to oversee the team in the workshop along with a sub contract production team which can vary in size from 1 to 20, depending on each project
  • A theatrical or exhibition background would be useful as you will need knowledge of production for a broad range of sets, props, joinery and modular units
  • A friendly, respectful and accommodating personality will suit the culture of this company
  • As this is working with the ever-changing needs of brands you will often be working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Experience with software including AutoCAD / SketchUp would be an added benefit
  • Qualifications or experience in health and safety compliance and buildings maintenance would also be an added benefit but is not essential

This company is known for producing beautiful and highly detailed commercial furniture for the workplace and with a busy design and engineering team they are now seeking an additional designer. This individual will work closely with the sales and design team to assist with turning enquiries into concept drawings and designs that can be costed before gaining the client’s approval.

The successful applicant will be responsible for producing SolidWork drawings and modeling of standard, tailored and bespoke products for customer approval and manufacture. This will involve liaising with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure all design solutions are in order, the designer will also be generating space plans, 2D drawings, some graphics and concept imagery in response to their customers’ specific requirements.

For the right person there will be an opportunity to be involved in new product development as well.


Person / Experience Required:

  • 2+ years' experience from the design sector using SolidWorks
