 Due to growth and an influx of projects they are looking for an Assistant, Mid-Level and Senior Interior Architectural Designer to work for them on a full-time basis. Their ideal candidate will be a technically accurate designer with great listening skills, able to interpret a client’s individual brief and realise their vision to budget.

 You will be working in a team and autonomously, using your initiative and with a flexible 'can do' attitude. In return they are offering extremely competitive salaries and are open to flexible working.

Skills and Experience sought should include:

As a multi-disciplinary design-led practice, our client boasts an impressive portfolio including blue-chip national and international clients specialising in all areas of the hospitality sector delivering projects throughout the UK and into Europe. Projects include bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos and cafes and they are based within easy commuting distance to London.
 
They are currently seeking an additional experienced Interior Designer who can take a project and run with it through to completion and installation. This would require being able to present to clients and deliver projects on site working with the team.
 
They operate a development programme of review with a projection to an individual’s three year target. Salary on offer is £40k to £45k plus pension, bonus scheme and use of pool cars for client visits. Hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Mon- Fri.
 
 
Skills and Experience needed for the Interior Designer:
  • Able to work from concept to completion
  • Project Management experience
  • Have experience with managing client relationships and undertaking presentations
  • Knowledge gained ideally through working on hotel and/or hospitality projects

They have three current requirements: a Technical Interior Designer, a Midweight and a Junior Interior Designer. The roles will have a wide variety of responsibilities with the Technical Interior Designer working on projects from design brief through to realisation of the design and drawing packages and on to installation. With an increasing number of projects coming in they are seeking both a Senior Interior Designer and a Mid-weight Interior Designer to join their growing team. You will be working on projects within the high-end residential sector and will be client facing, so strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are a must. All of the Designers in the team are allrounders, working on projects from concept through to completion.
 
Main areas of responsibility for the Interior Designer will be:

As Senior Interior Architect you will be working mainly with their private clients leading the design on forthcoming projects. They are seeking somebody with expertise in high-end residential development who would be responsible for projects from concept / planning stages through to completion. Projects would cover all aspects of interior architecture and specification including floor plans, kitchens, bathrooms, dressing areas, interior joinery, specialist wall coverings and ceilings.   • Liaising with Developers and the Sales Team
  • Producing accurate designs and estimates for kitchen layouts 
  • Preparing completed designs / estimates into a tender presentation
  • Scaling from Architects' drawings supplied by the Developer
  • Establishing an installation budget and plan within contract guidelines 
  • Undertaking showroom tours as and when required
Skills and experience for the Contract Kitchen Designer:
  • Familiar with scaling from plans and designing kitchens

This role will be based in their Head-Office and they are looking for a Contract Kitchen Designer with a “can do” attitude and a friendly, sociable personality.
