They are aimed at the high-end residential market predominately in the UK, but also throughout Europe and the US. Currently we are looking for a Leading Sales Person to join our growing luxury bathroom brand to be based in our Battersea Showroom in London.

To qualify you will need to be driven and customer focussed with excellent communication skills. You will need to be motivated to work independently at times and manage various tasks. A keen interest and knowledge of home interiors and styling is essential, with technical / drawing knowledge also important.

Tasks will include:

• Customer liaison and product briefing in the Showroom
• All form of sales, mainly generated via email and showroom visits
• Scheduling, dispatching and seeing orders fully from A-Z
• Following-up and scheduling with the Porter workshop
• Managing all sample and marketing information requests
• Delegating of other necessary tasks to team members as needed

Description/Typical Responsibilities:

This role requires you to deliver both CAD design and varied creative marketing, including overseeing websites and social media and general administrative support. You will be front-of-house, dealing with clients and suppliers on a regular basis and taking customer enquiries, therefore excellent communication skills and an outgoing bubbly personality are essential.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge and experience of Photoshop or similar
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Virtual Worlds 3D interior design software
• Experience (medium to expert) of all Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Well spoken, smart and professional appearance
• Good all-rounder, hands-on person
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Minimum of five GSCEs (A to C grades including Maths and English) plus the ability to demonstrate excellent English and Maths skills
• CAD degree or HND/HNC would be advantageous
• No experience necessary if an ex-graduate
• High-end retail experience a bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast expanding company that handles educational and commercial projects across the UK. A rapidly increasing portfolio of projects (particularly in the educational sectors) has generated a position in their Design Team. With good technical and space planning skills, you will be producing 2D & 3D plans for their education and commercial projects using AutoCAD and BIM modelling and assisting in Revit tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Space planning
• Coordinating schedules and drawings through Revit Architecture & AutoCAD
• Resolving design related problems and flagging up clashes
• Producing coordinated product books and schedules
• Expanding the Company library of products in both AutoCAD and Revit (2D & 3D)  and product book
• Undertaking training as you work

The successful candidate will have the prospect of progressing to the position of Project Manager, with responsibility for running their own jobs.

Person / Experience Required:

• Literacy in Excel (MS Office)
• Between 1 and 3 years' experience in industry
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD and ideally Revit
• Knowledge of BIM modelling will be an advantage but not a necessity

Our client is a leading innovator in the development and application of pre-engineered offsite manufactured solutions and structural modules including pods and fit out solutions for the construction industry. They have their main technical and design office in Hertfordshire and manufacturing plant in Derbyshire.

They are steadily growing and now seek a junior designer to assist in assembling the components for the designs on CAD (they use Inventor and AutoCAD).

Main duties include:

• To assist in producing detailed 3D designs using Autodesk Inventor (training will be provided), in creation of a library of standard components
• To assist in providing a fully co-ordinated Fabric / M&E design with associated cutting lists and drawings for the Design for Manufacture and the Assembly
• Help create and publish standard Company detailed designs
• To compile and maintain a components library in Vault for use by all designers

Person / Experience Required:

• Experience from the construction or fit out industry
• Able to produce manufacturing drawings
• Knowledge of a 3D package, Inventor would be an advantage
• Experience of AutoCAD or other similar design packages
• Knowledge of BIM would be an advantage
• Able to drive as the office is not very close to Public Transport
