This company specialises in the design and manufacture of systems office furniture products and upholstered office screens supplying to an extensive portfolio of blue chip end users around the world.

Expanding and busy, they are now looking for a talented designer who can help design / engineer new furniture systems and provide project specific technical support to the sales team.

The successful candidate should be passionate about design/engineering, have a thorough understanding of how things are made and a practical hands on approach.

 

Person / Experience Required:

A working knowledge of any or all of the following would be a distinct advantage but not essential:- Office furniture design, tubular and sheet steel fabrications, extruded aluminium profiles, plastic injection moulding, woodworking, upholstery, bills of materials and costings.

  • Hold a relevant degree qualification
  • At least 5 years' industry experience
  • Be commercially focused
  • Be confident with using SolidWorks
  • Be a confident communicator (both verbally and via hand drawn sketches) and have good listening skills
  • Be able to manage their work load to achieve deadlines
  • Hold a full EU driving licence

We have an opportunity for a talented and creative Artworker to join our busy and vibrant design team. The role will be to create presentation artwork and Point of Sale, maintaining our brand image through material for print and our online presence.

Working pro-actively alongside the product design and development team you will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communications skills, the ability to cope well under pressure and work quickly and accurately to deliver optimal results at all times.

As Head of Creative you will be taking on a role as part of the senior management team and integral to both the design department and the business as a whole. This French luxury furniture boutique is seeking a Consultant / Interior Designer to join their team in their London Showroom. The role will predominantly focus on generating design service leads within the showroom and working with independent designers as well as introducing the company to architects and property developers.

Another part of the role will be to conduct home design visits to customers and specify all relevant products for the design project. You will manage your design orders from the onset to oversee the installation of the project, providing a turn-key solution to your customer. Working closely with the Designer Department at Head Office, you will also be responsible for the look and maintenance of showroom displays.

Person / Experience Required:
